摘要
本文在参酌先进国家或地区的立法条例的基础上,结合中国的具体国情,从政府监管和行业自律两方面来探讨虚假广告的治理与管制问题。具体而言,本文从行政资源的利用、扩大权限给其他机关以及加大立法体系的整体平衡等三部分阐述了治理虚假广告的对策。
The paper studies the false advertising regulations control based on the advanced experiences in developed country, as well as combined the special situation of China. It proposes some suggestions from three parts: the first one is to use the administrative resources actively, the second is to expand the power areas to other departments and the last one is to strength the balance of the legislation system.
