摘要
采用空压靠法对多辊系高精度冷轧机在预定的最大压力范围内进行了连续加、卸载试验,测定出了多辊系高精度冷轧机的弹性曲线,并利用最小二乘法求得了弹性曲线的回归方程系数。由于回归方程系数与所取的起始压靠力数据有关,因此针对试验具体情况还选取了不同的起始压靠力数据进行了回归处理。通过对相关系数的分析、比较,最终确定出了最优的回归方程,进而确定出了多辊系高精度冷轧机的刚度系数,并给出了适宜于该轧机生产用预压靠力。为多辊系高精度冷轧机的使用和研究提供了一定的理论依据。
Elastic curve of high accuracy multi-roll cold mill was obtained by continuously screwing down and up testing in without load. The regression equation coefficient of elastic curve was calculated by the method of least square. It is found that the regression equation coefficient is related to initial preset roll force. Therefore, experiments with different initial preset roll forces were conducted and corresponding regression coefficients were obtained. Then, the optimum regression equation was proposed and the stiffness of high accuracy multi-roll cold mill was determined. In addition, the preset roll force for the test cold mill was given. The research results provide the theoretical basis for the use and research of high accuracy multi-roll cold mill.
