摘要
研究目的:通过对西安地铁试验段区间工程盾构选型的研究,为西安地铁后续工程的盾构选型提供参考;针对黄土地区特殊地层对盾构施工的关键技术进行研究,以及西安地铁2号线试验段工程施工经验的介绍,掌握西安黄土地区盾构选型及施工的关键技术。研究结果:通过对西安地铁2号线试验段区间的工程地质、水文地质及不同类型盾构机的分析,完成了适应于该段工程的盾构选型,得出西安地铁2号线试验段工程最适合使用土压平衡盾构机施工。针对黄土地区特殊的地质状况,对盾构施工的刀盘、刀具、螺旋输送机、加泥及加泡沫系统、推进油缸等影响盾构施工的关键技术进行了探讨,同时对试验段工程施工经验进行分析,为今后黄土地区盾构工程提供参考。
Research purposes: The researches are done on the TBM type selection for experimental section of Line 2 of Xi'an metro and the key shield construction technologies for loess area for the purposes of providing the reference to TBM type selection for construction of metro in future and mastering the construction technology for loess area. Research results:Through the analyses of the engineering and hydrographical geology of the section and different types of TBM, it shows EPB TBM is the most suitable for working in the experimental section of Line 2 of Xi'an metro. Aiming at the spcial geologic condition in loess area, this paper discusses the key technologies of capstan, cutter, screw conveyer, mudding and foam system and propulsion cylinder of TBM and analyses the construction experience for experimental section, which provide references for similar construction in future.
