延边地区五味子人工栽培的经济可行性分析

Economic feasibility analysis of artificial cultivated Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill in Yanbian

采用五味子和大豆栽培农户调查的第一手材料,研究建五味子栽培园前后的收益性、现金流动情况和投资效益,结果表明,建五味子栽培园的净现值(NPV)为174.81万元/hm2,内部收益率(IRR)为172.94%,显著大于社会机会成本(10%),效益成本率(B/Cratio)为12.46,大于1,可评价为有经济可行性.即使五味子价格下降40%,NPV仍保持98.78万元/hm2,IRR显示出123.58%,大于社会机会成本(10%),B/C ratio也大于1(7.48),所以可判断为有财务可行性.即使五味子价格下降40%也比种植大豆有经济性.

To provide the side of the basic data for economic income in new shiandra garden for farmers, studied the profitability of before and after shiandra garden , cash current position and returns on investment using the investigation of shiandra and soybean cultivated farmers as the first hand material. The results showed that when shiandra garden construction of one hectare,the NPV was 17 481 million yuan/hm^2 , the IRR was 172.94%, significantly higher than the social opportunity cost 10%. B/C ratio was 12.46, more than 1, and can be used to evaluate the economic feasibility. Even shiandra prices felt 40%, NPV still maintained 9 878 million yuan/hm^2 , the IRR showed 123.54%, over the social opportunity cost 10%. B/C ratio had more than 1 （7.48）, therefore, can be judged as a financial feasibility. It is showed that even the price of shiandra declined 40%, there would be more benifit than planting soybean.
