饮用水中菌相及理化指标的测定和水质评价

摘要 以农学院和延吉市自来水、马蹄山和帽儿山泉水为水样,进行饮用水微生物检测.结果表明,延吉市自来水中的菌落总数符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》,而农学院自来水、马蹄山和帽儿山泉水3个水样中的菌落总数不符合此标准.马蹄山和帽儿山泉水中均有大肠菌群,不符合此标准中的规定,4份水样中均未检测出耐热大肠菌群数,pH值均为6.5~8.5,总硬度均低于国家标准所规定的450mg/L,即符合我国现行标准. Detected the tap water of Agriculture College and Yanji City, Mati Hill and Mao'r Mountain spring water for the microbiol testing. The results showed that the total colony number in Yanji tap water tallying 《drinking water health standards》, but the other three water samples did not tallying this standard. There are coliforms in the Mati Hill and Mao'r Mountain spring, did not tallying the criteria. Four water samples were not detected the thermotolerant coliform bacteria and tallying the standards, pH values of the four sam- pies were all between 6.5 to 8.5, the total hardness samples were all no more than 450 mg/L.
