摘要 以禾本科植物滨麦(Leymus mollis)为材料,用聚乙二醇6 000(PEG 6000)模拟土壤水分胁迫,对滨麦生理生化反应等抗旱性指标进行研究.结果表明,滨麦的叶片相对含水量下降,游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量增加,保护酶活性在轻度胁迫下升高,而中度或重度胁迫下活性降低或不变. The correlat 6 000 stress was analy decreased, the proline in lightly stress, they ivity of some drought resistance indexes of Leymus mollis under PEG sised. The results showed that the relative water contents in leaves content and soluble sugar increased, SOD and POD activity increased were decreased or hold on in the medium or severe stress, the membrane permeability increased obviously, MDA increased too.
