摘要
目的探讨振动对雄性新西兰兔精浆中果糖含量、α-糖苷酶活性的影响及其意义。方法将新西兰兔随机分为A组(接振强度为3.02m/s2)、B组(接振强度为6.13m/s2)、C组(接振强度为12.26m/s2)和1个对照组,分别于不同接振强度测定精浆中果糖含量、中性α-糖苷酶活性。结果与对照组相比较,A、B、C 3个试验组精浆中果糖含量、α-糖苷酶活性显著降低,有统计学差异。结论后肢接振试验可导致精浆中果糖含量、α-糖苷酶活性降低,从而抑制精子的成熟,影响生殖功能。
Objective To study the effects of behind legs vibrations of male rabbits to fructose concentration and activity of alpha - glucosidase in semen and its meanings. Methods The concentration of fructose concentration and activity of alpha - glucosidase in seminal plasma were measured and analyzed in rabbits with different vibration power( A group:3.02m/s^2, B group:6.13m/s^2, C group: 12.26m/s^2). Results Compared with control groups ,after expoured to vibration for 30 days, the A,B ,C groups fructose concentration and activity of alpha- glucosidase in semen were much lower, there were significant differences. Conclusion The vibration of behind legs in rabbits resulted the fructose concentration and activity of alpha - glucosidase in semen significant redure, which inhibit the ripe of sperm, thereby affect the male reproduction in rabbits.
