95例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变Ⅲ级临床诊治分析

摘要 目的探讨宫颈上皮内瘤样病变Ⅲ级（CINⅢ）的临床特征及诊断注意事项。方法对我院2000—2007年住院治疗的95例CINIR患者进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者均手术治疗，术后病理诊断浸润癌再行次广泛全子宫切除术。平均随访48个月（6—84个月），截止2005年6月所有患者无复发。结论应加强对年轻及无症状患者的筛查工作；CINⅢ患者可首选宫颈锥切术，术后密切随访。
