摘要
对宜兴陶瓷企业的人才现状作了简要分析,从人才战略的角度论及如何培养、引进和管理人才,并提出了如何实施人才战略的手段和方法。
The thesis simply analyzed the current situation of the talents in ceramic enterprises of Yixing city, and discusses the training, introduction, administration of the talents from the view of the talent strategy. Then puts forward the means and methods on how to execute the talents strategy.
