摘要
采用传统粉末冶金技术冷压烧结法制备了Cu-NiFe2O4金属陶瓷板状惰性阳极。采用DTA-TG分析和XRD等方法研究了惰性阳极制备工艺、物相组成。采用电镜等方法研究了镍铁尖晶石材料结构及性能的关系。并测定了该材料的电导率,结果证明,Cu-NiFe2O4金属陶瓷呈现出半导体导电性质,在960℃时,电导率超过了40Ω-1·cm-1。
NiFe2O4 based cermets inert anode were prepared by cold pressing sintering.The preparation craft and its phase composition were studied by DTA-TG,X-Ray and another methodes. The relations of structure and properties of NiFe2O4 based cermets inert anode were investigated by electron microscope and the electrical conductivities were measuremented.The results indicate that the mechanism of electrical conductivity of Cu-NiFe2O4 obeys the rule of electrical mechanism of semiconductor.The conductivity of samples is over 40 Ω^-1cm^-1 in 960 ℃.
