摘要
对微波辐射二氧化锰处理柠檬酸废水进行工艺条件实验,考察了二氧化锰用量、微波功率、微波时间、pH值对处理效果的影响。结果表明,随着二氧化锰用量的增加,COD的去除率增大,在二氧化锰用量10g,微波功率700W,微波时间3min,pH为7时,废水中的COD去除率达到84.78%。
In this paper, the lemon acid wastewater is treated by microwave radiation on MnO2 and the influences of the factors such as the quantity of MnO2, the power and the time of microwave radiation and pH. Results show that COD removal rate increases with that of MnO2 concentration. The removal rate of wastewater COD reached 84.78%, in the conditions are as follows: 10g of manganese dioxide, microwave power input is 700W, the time of microwave radiation is 3 min, pH is 7.
