甲基磺酸钴-乙酸共催化合成糠叉二乙酸酯

Catalytic Synthesis of Furfurylidene Diacetate with Cobalt Methanesulfonate-Acetic Acid

摘要 在室温条件下,甲基磺酸钴-乙酸共催化体系能够催化糠醛和乙酸酐合成糠叉二乙酸酯。考察了催化剂用量、醛酐摩尔比等因素对产率的影响,实验结果表明反应的最佳条件为:糠醛30mmol,醛酐摩尔比1∶1.5,甲基磺酸钴0.27mmol,乙酸18mmol,反应0.7h产率可高达93%。该法催化剂用量少、产率高、选择性好、反应无需溶剂、对环境友好。 Furfurylidene diaeetate could be synthesized from furfural and acetic anhydride using cobalt methanesulfonate-acetic acid as synergistic catalyst at room temperature. The effect of some factors, such as the amount of catalyst and the ratio of furrural to acetic anhydride on the yield were carefully studied. The experiment results showed that the best reaction conditions were as follows: when the amount of furfural was 30 mmol, the ratio of furfural to acetic anhydride was 1 = 1.5, using 0.27 mmol cobalt methanesulfonate and 18 mmol acetic acid, after react for 0.7 h, the yield of furfurylidene diacetate reached to 93%. There were several advantages in this method including less amount of the catalyst, higher yields, better selectivity, free of solvent and be friendly to the environment.
