分析国内化妆品行业存在的问题,提出化妆品用原料质量监管方式与化妆品产品质量监管方式比较和结合,从而建立化妆品行业质量监管模式,及分析其相关职能组成部分的关联性。

Analyze the current domestic cosmetics industrial potential issues and the root causes, providing the cosmetics raw material and cosmetics quality monitor and control proposal, which based on the current RM and product quality management situation. Then, provide the approach to set up the Skin Care and Cosmetics Industrial quality monitoring and management system. Also, provide the inter functionality among the different functions.
