摘要 基于虚拟样机技术及其支撑软件ADAMS及Pro/E和ANSYS,实现了对柴油机曲柄连杆机构的动力学仿真。通过多刚体系统动力学和多柔体动力学仿真柴油机的运行,获取了仿真模型的动力学特性数据,为柴油机曲柄连杆机构对机体的激励力的优化设计和有限元分析提供了参考依据。 Simulation of dynamics of the crank train of a diesel engine can be carried out by using virtual prototype technology as well as supportive software ADAMS and Pro/E and ANSYS for the simulation. The crank train dynamics characteristics of an engine are obtained by simulation of dynamics of engine operation performed by adopting multi-flexible body dynamics and multi-rigid body dynamics, which gives a foundation for optimization design and finite element analysis of excitation force of crank train on cylinder block of a diesel engine.
