基于I-DEAS的柴油机组合结构动态响应分析

摘要 用I-DEAS软件建立了某90°V8柴油机整机结构的有限元分析模型,采用Lanczos法对整机组合体的自由模态进行了计算,得到了其固有频率和振型。在此基础上,考虑柴油机在额定工况下,以气缸燃气压力、活塞侧压力和主轴承作用力为主要因素,确定了柴油机所受的激励力,利用模态叠加法对柴油机进行了动态响应分析计算,得出了各阶模态的模态响应函数,为运用ATV技术求解内燃机表面辐射噪声提供了边界条件。 A finite element model for 90° V8 diesel engine is established on the platform of I-DEAS. By adopting LANCZOS method, free modal computations of the engine is conducted and eigen frequencies and mode shapes of the engine are obtained. The exciting force on the engine under normal conditions is calculated by considering the major factors which include the cylinder combustion pressure, piston side pressure and main bearing forces. Mode superposition is adopted to calculate dynamic response of the engine. Modal response functions of all modes are obtained, which offers boundary conditions for the computation of radiation noise from engine surface by ATV technology.
