摘要
以纯化弓形虫分泌抗原做胶体金标记,在硝酸纤维膜上包被弓形虫分泌抗原和兔抗弓形虫分泌抗原抗体,封闭液封闭后,组装制成弓形虫抗体金标检测卡,测定其符合率、精密性和稳定性。弓形虫抗体金标检测卡检测弓形虫抗体阴性和阳性质控品的符合率为100%;精密性(CV值)为3%;37℃和常温保存时间分别为12天和18个月;孕产妇、恶性肿瘤患者和健康体检者的弓形虫抗体金标检测卡检测结果与ELISA试剂盒检测结果的符合率达到96%。结果表明,弓形虫抗体金标测试卡是一种快速、简便、特异性强的弓形虫抗体检测试剂。
The colloidal gold was prepared and used to label the Toxoplasma gondii secreting antigen. A nitrocellulose membrane was coated with T. gondii secreting antigen and the rabbit anti- T. gondii antibodies. The coated NC membrane was obturated to prepare test strip for detection of anti-T, gondii. Its accuracy was 100% according with T. gondii antibodies positive and negative serum. The precision （CV） was 3%. The strips can be stored at 37℃ for 12 days and at room temperature for 18 months, respectively. Contrasting the test strips with ELISA method for detection of anti-T, gondii in pregnant woman, lying-in woman, tumor patients and normal person serum, the coincidence rate was 96%. The T. gondii antibody lateral flow assay is a simple and quick assay for T. gondii detection.
