摘要
IgG4是IgG的亚类之一。在血吸虫等蠕虫感染过程中特异性IgG4在血清中含量可显著增加,有效治疗后则下降较快,因此具有潜在的诊断和疗效考核作用。本文针对特异性IgG4在血吸虫、囊虫、丝虫等蠕虫病诊断方面的研究进行综述。
As one member of IgG subclases, the level of specific IgG4 in sera could increase after infection with helminthes, and decrease significantly after effective chemotherapy. IgG4 may be a potential indicator of sero-diagnosis and treatment effect. Studies on specific IgG4 in diagnosis and therapy efficacy for helminthiasis were reviewed here.
