分析了动态联盟的专有资产投资优势、效率优势和组织优势;在此基础上,详细论述了动态联盟内部成员在合作过程中知识活动的微观机制,从知识、知识活动主体和组织这3个维度分析了动态联盟知识活动效率的影响因素;最后,以中国3G技术联盟中心的知识合作活动为例,对动态联盟企业间知识活动的微观机制和影响因素进行了分析。

The paper analyzes the proprietary asset investment advantage, the efficiency advantage and the organizational advantage of the coop- eration in dynamic alliance, and discusses in detail the micro-mechanism of knowledge activities in the cooperational process of its internal mem- bers, then analyzes the main factors influencing the efficiency of knowledge activities from three aspects of knowledge, expertise and organization. Finally,it takes the knowledge activities in China＇s 3G Technology Union Center as the example to analyze the micro-mechanism and influencing factors of knowledge activities among enterprises in dynamic alliance.
