It introduces the key technique and innovation on producing nitrided ferromanganese with high efficiency and energy saving. The nitrogen contents in the developed nitrided manganese achieves 9.5%. The nitrided manganese, together with the forging and pressing manganese by the six-articles-in-one-mould forming process from the applied invention patent, is an indespensable additive in the alloy steel and non-ferrous metal smelting. There will be great demands from the market and also with the bright future.
