摘要
通过对矿热炉用电监控和电量参数的分析,并结合贵州某铁合金厂项目实践,设计出一套矿热炉电量采集系统,该系统通过对二次电压、一次电流、总功率因素和正向有功总电能等数据的实时采集和历史数据的分析,帮助企业寻找最佳控制参数,以降低矿热炉耗电量。数据采集网络由RS-485串行通讯总线组建,利用Delphi7开发工具和Firebird1.5数据库系统,建立了软件开发平台,较好地实现了系统功能。
We design a set of submerged arc furnace electric parameters data collection system for a ferroalloy plant in Guizhou, this system can collect many real-time electric parameters like second voltage, first current, general power factor and total electric energy of forward active power, it also has inquiry and analysis functions which give a help to optimizing submerged arc furnace electric parameters. The system is set up by RS-485 serial communication bus and its software development platform is built by Delphi7 development tool and Firebirdl. 5 data-base system.
