介绍了热兑法生产微碳铬铁变频调速的方法,该方法是基于可编程序控制器PLC与变频器通讯实现对3台振动给料机变频调速控制。从而有效地控制了热兑时熔渣反应的速度和效果。
It introduces the method of speed control by frequency converter in producting simplex carbon ferrochrome with perrin process, which is based on the speed of 3 vibrating feeders being controlled by both PLC (Program Logic Control) and frequency converter. By this way, the speed and effect in the reaction of ladle to ladle melting slags can be controlled affectively.
