摘要
详细介绍了层流冷却设自动控制系统,对预设定模块进行了前馈补偿;考虑模型的不确定性和大时滞特性,采用模糊Smith预估器提高了反馈控制的精度。通过系统现场调试结果分析,应用该系统可以将带钢卷取温度的精度控制在±8℃之内,大大提高了带钢的性能。
The mathematic model for the control system was given. The basic principle and control method of the control system were discussed. Based on the model of strip in cooling process, feedforward compensation was implemented for the presetting model. And considering the uncertainty and long dead time of the model , fuzzy prediction control method was introduced , which promote the precision of feedback controlling. By analyzing the result of debugging system, the system may control the accuracy of cooling temperature in ± 8 ℃, and the product quality was improved greatly.
