Toward the faults of frequent damage about transformer ,the problems are analyzed that spoiled cause of electrical equipment and the overpowering arc extinction power of the vacuum switch and overvoltage by frequently operation. The means of installing device are introduced. Accordingly the problems are solved and the effect the over-voltage protection is clear.
