介绍了长钢轧钢厂二车间在棒材生产线上开发出圆管坯生产工艺以及生产出的Φ115mm圆管坯新品种。阐述了该车间圆管坯生产流程、工艺布置和Φ115mm圆管坯孔型设计。生产实践证明,Φ115mm圆管坯满足相关技术要求,并已批量生产。

Technological development of the round tube blank and new variety of Ф115 mm production based on the bar rolling line in NO.2 workshop of steel rolling were introduced. The processing, arrangement and pass design of Ф115 mm round tube blank in the workshop were described. The practical productior/shows that the technique requirements can be met and products can be produced on a large scale.
