Present problems and reform exploration on the experiment teaching of biochemistry

生物化学实验课是生物化学教学的重要组成部分,是培养学生运用理论知识解决实际问题的重要途径。在生物化学实验教学中发现,传统的生物化学实验教学在教学指导思想、教学内容、教学方式和考核模式等方面都存在问题,为了提高生化实验教学质量,从教师素质的提高、教材的优化、创新性教学方式的引入和考核模式的改进等方面提出了一些改革的策略。

The experiment teaching of biochemistry is an important component of the biochemistry teaching, which can train student to solve the practical problems using the theoretical knowledge. In the practice of experimental teaching, we discovered that the traditional biochemistry experiment teaching had many problems in teaching guide, teaching content, teaching methods and assessment models. In order to improve the quality of the biochemistry experiment teaching, some reform strategies are presented in this paper, including the improvement of the quality of teachers, the optimization of teaching materials, the introduction of innovative teaching methods and the improvement of assessment models.
