摘要
针对山西医科大学高层次人才队伍建设情况进行了研究,从高层次人才队伍的存量状况、高层次人才的流动、科研立项等方面进行了实证分析,结合内外因素,分析了山西医科大学高层次人才队伍建设存在问题的原因。从科研管理者的角度,以山西医科大学高层次人才队伍建设目标为着眼点,从观念、机制和环境等方面出发,提出了一些建议和对策。
The paper aims at the study on the construction of talented personnel in Shanxi medical university. It summarizes the overall situation of the construction of advanced - level talented personnel teams in Shanxi medical university by analyzing the present state and dynamic moving of senior talented personnel, as well as discipline constructions and scientific research projects. Taking the real situation, conception, mechanism and inner and outside environment factors in to full consideration, via comparison of the situation in other provincial universities, the paper mainly analyzed the significance of the construction of talented personnel in Shanxi medical university. As a professional in human resources administration, the author worked out some helpful strategic solutions regarding personnel management.
