新形势下城市测绘单位发展问题的思考

Reflection on Developing the City Surveying and Mapping Units Under the New Situation

当前,我国已进入工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化深入发展的新时期。作为城市测绘单位,如何在新形势下发展自己、强大自己,面临着很多问题值得我们思考。本文从分析城市测绘行业的背景、现状、特点和影响城市测绘单位发展的问题及原因出发,结合笔者所在城市的具体情况,提出了城市测绘单位解决发展中一些问题的对策及建议。

At present, China has entered the industrialization and information technology ,urbanization, marketization and internationalization in -depth development of a new period. Under the new situation to develop their own,their powerful,the Surveying and Mapping Unit of a city is faced with many problems worthy of our consideration. From the analysis of the city of Surveying and Mapping professions background, the status quo, characteristics and effects of urban development in surveying and mapping units and the reasons for the problem, which Ⅰ combined with the specific circmnstances of the host city, some measures and proposals to address the problems during development of the institution are given in this paper.
