197株医院感染鲍曼氏不动杆菌多重耐药性分析 被引量：1

摘要 鲍曼氏不动杆菌为革兰氏阴性需氧非发酵菌．该菌广泛分布于自然环境中，也存在于正常人体的皮肤、呼吸道和泌尿道等部位。该菌为医院内获得性感染常见的条件致病菌．且其分离率与耐药性呈逐年上升的趋势。常从感染患者的血、尿、脓及呼吸道分泌物、脑脊液等标本中分离出来．在非发酵菌的感染中仅次于铜绿假单胞菌．而且近年来出现严重多重耐药现象，成为ICU内患者治疗的难题。为了解鲍曼氏不动杆菌的分布特点、耐药现状及其趋势，为临床及早、
