摘要
通过石灰土人工配比室内试验分析,比对了现行规范检测方法的影响因素和不足,分别设计了溶液PH值、指示剂选用、杂质分离与掩蔽方法、滴定度与质量比、取样量及CaO+MgO法与CaO法的差别、氨沉淀后过滤与不过滤、固结时间等影响因素的比对实验,根据实验结果分析提出了针对各因素的改进措施,并在改良措施下,基于酸溶法检验了方法的合理性。对于石灰土含灰比的快速、准确测定具有工程实用价值。
Based on the test inside the laboratory on artificial mix proportion of lime soil, the influencing factors and disadvantage of the current code inspection method are studied. In order to quantitatively evaluate the effect of each factor, the contrast test of solution PH value, choose of indicator, the method of impurities isolation and blanket material, titer and mass ratio, sampling weight and the difference between CaO + MgOmethod and CaO method ,filtration or non -filtration after Ammonia settled, time of consolidation is respectively designed and done. According to the test results, improved measures Of each factor are presented. The reasonability of method improved is inspected on the basis of acid dissolution method, which does favor to rapidly and accurately determine the lime content of time soil.
