Discussion on driving force mechanism of circular economy development in China

循环经济的正常运作有赖于循环经济动力机制的作用。循环经济动力机制是指政府、企业和园区、居民等循环经济行为主体推进循环经济发展的动力源及其作用机理、过程和功能,其中,政府是推行环境政策实施的基本原动力。循环经济动力机制主体的行为受到社会—企业净收益、资源环境的负外部性和资源利用效率三方面因素的影响。

The normal moving of circular economy depends on the role of driving force mechanism of circular economy. The driving force mechanism of circular economy refers to the dynamic source of mechanism, process and function of circular economy development, which are promoted by the main parts of behavior, such as the government, enterprises, industrial parks and residents. The behavior of the main parts of the driving force mechanism of circular economy is subjected to influences in three aspects： the net earnings of society-enterprise, the negative externality of resource and environment, the efficiency of used resources.
