摘要
中医人才作为中医发展的第一资源,其成长、发展和成熟是一个动态的过程,该过程受多种因素的影响,但这些影响因素的重要程度不同、形成阶段不同。运用系统动力学原理和方法,分析中医人才成长的影响因素,将中医人才从培养模式、临床实践、科研创新等过程作为一个动态的复杂反馈系统,确定系统要素与目标,分析各要素之间的动态因果反馈关系,引入供应链的思想,建立中医人才供应链综合模型,为中医人才的培养模式研究、中医人才竞争力的提高提供参考和借鉴。
As the first resource of TCM's development, the growth, developing and mature of TCM talents is a dynamic process. Consider TCM talents as a dynamic complex feedback system from the view of academic models, clinical practice, scientific research and innovation by using the principles and methods of System Dynamics; define the elements and goals of the system; through analyzing the dynamic feedback causality between factors, supply chain is introduced for establishing TCM Talents Supply Chain Integrated Model, which provides information and reference for the studying on the academic models of TCM talents and improvement of TCM talentsz' competitiveness.
