摘要
乡镇卫生院处于县、乡、村三级医疗卫生保健网络的"枢纽"位置,起着承上启下的纽带作用,承担着广大农村民众的基本医疗、健康保健任务.因此,坚持卫生事业公益性质不能变,增加政府投入,健全补偿机制;加速卫生队伍的建设和培育,留住人才,实施人才兴院;掌握医院内部运行规律,形成合力,促进综合职能的提高;加强制度建设,创新机制,缓解群众就医矛盾等四个方面来加强对乡镇卫生院的管理,才是促进农村卫生事业发展的必然出路.
The township hospital is the hinge in the middle of the village - township - county 3 - level healthcare network. It serves a large number of villagers for their basic medical treatment and healthcare. To facilitate the development of rural healthcare, it suggestes to take measures in the following 4 aspects to enhance management of township hospitals:to keep healthcare as public welfare,increase governmental investment, and improve compensation mechanism; to accelerate the establishment and development of healthcare professionals, detain talents, and utilize talents to revitalize hospitals ; to understand the internal operational principles of hospitals, generate synergies, and enhance the comprehensive effectiveness ; to strengthen the build - up of mechanism, innovate in mechanism, and alleviate villagers' hospitalization issue.
