石油化工装置气轮机管道设计

Design of turbine pipes of petrochemical plants

随着炼油装置规模日益大型化,在离心式压缩机和蒸汽轮机管道设计中,管道的应力分析尤为重要。文中对石油化工装置蒸汽轮机的管道设计时关键部件的应力分析难点进行了论述,为石化企业类似装置的受力计算提供了可参考的模型。

With the increasing of the scale of petrochemical plants,the pipe stress analysis has become especially important in the design of centrifugal compressor and steam turbine pipes.This paper discussed the difficulties in the stress analysis of key components during the design of steam turbine pipes of petrochemical plants,and provided a model as a reference for stress calculation of similar plants in petrochemical enterprises.
