基于职业发展的高职素质教育体系建构与实践——广州番禺职业技术学院素质教育的实证研究 被引量:24

摘要 高职素质教育的文本高位与偏重术业的实践低位,需要科学发展观与教育哲学基本原理的矫正和大学文化精神的张扬;高技能人才培养需求的高位与实际教学中本科减量的低位,需要针对类型性职业性特征与区域性差异,创新素质教育理念、目标、实践的科学体系;高职院校素质教育宏观共识的高位与组织实施弱化泛化的低位,需要脚踏实地的校本微观实践探索创新可迁移性优秀个案。在对高职素质教育长期思考、实践、反思、完善中,本院试图建构符合社会需求与高职大学生发展特点的素质教育科学体系,解决高职素质教育宏观理念目标、中观制度机制、微观模式途径的内涵逻辑关键性难题,并在不断扬弃中积累创新。 This paper reports an empirical study on quality education in Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic. Through studies the researchers find that, firstly, abundant theoretical research on quality education has been conducted while in reality its practice is relatively far beyond satisfaction. Solving this problem calls for the modification guided by both Scientific Outlook of Development and basic principles of educational philosophy, and the manifestation of the spirit of college culture; Secondly, high vocational colleges all acknowledge the necessity of training highly skilled personnel but in the practical teaching, a university-similar mode (squeezed university mode ) is still popularized. In order to change this, there is the need to construct a scientific system with fresh quality education concept, goal and practice by considering the typology of education, the vocational features and regional difference. Thirdly, higher vocational colleges hold a common understanding of the importance of quality education, but in truth, the implementation fails to be strengthened. In this case, it is essential to set up school-based, practice-based, creative and transferrable models for enhancing the implementation. However, it is reported in the paper that educators in Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic, with long-term consideration, practice, reflection and efforts for improvement, have made attempts in establishing a scientific quality education system which satisfies the demand of society and student development, and provides solutions to some critical problems concerned the concept and objective (from macro-level), system and mechanism (from rneso-level) as well as mode and approach (from micro-level). Meanwhile, the system evolves through its own development.
