法治政府是有限政府、诚信政府、责任政府的统一。政府创新是指政府组织适应变化,对变化进行管理的方法和行为,是一种先进的现代政府管理方法。政府创新的主要内容包括观念创新、管理创新、服务创新、机制创新和方法创新。
Legal government is the integration of limited government, sincere government and responsible government. Governmental innovation is a sort of advanced management method of modem government management, i.e. the methods and actions govemmental organizations adopt to be adapted to the changes.
