摘要 文章设计了一种单芯锂离子或锂聚合物电池供电系统的专用保护复合芯片,该芯片集成了保护电路芯片和N沟道MOSFET开关芯片,从而最大限度地减少了外围元器件需求,降低制造成本并提高产品的可靠性。经测试,其实现了过充电电压、过放电电压的保护,过充电电流、过放电电流的保护,短路保护等各项功能,且工作时功耗非常低。该芯片不仅为手机设计,也适用于任何需要锂离子或锂聚合物可充电电池长时间供电的各种信息产品的应用场合。 This paper designs a specialized protective compound chip for lithium ion battery. The chip integrates circuit protective chip and N-channel MOSFET switching chip, thus lowering the demands of the peripheral components, reducing producing costs and improving the reliability of the products to the greatest extent. The testing results show that many functions, such as protection for over-charge and over-discharge voltage, protection for over-change and over-discharge electric current, and short circuit protection, can be achieved in addition to very low power consumption. This chip can be applied not only in the mobiles but also in any information products which use lithium ion battery for power supply.
