摘要
当代中国"两新组织"中流动党员数量庞大,各地基层党组织加强了对"两新组织"中流动党员的管理工作,并取得了明显效果。但是,由于客观条件的制约、管理理念落后和管理手段滞后,"两新组织"中流动党员管理仍然存在一些问题。应通过健全"两新组织"中党的基层组织建设,加强流动党员党组织关系的接转,创新流动党员政治思想教育方法,保障流动党员合法权益等手段,不断完善"两新组织"中流动党员动态管理机制。
Presently, there are a large number of mobile Communist Party Members in "two new organizations" (new economy organizations and new social organizations) in China. And great progress has been made by basic--level Party Organizations in the management of mobile Party Members in these organizations. With this management, some problems, however still exist owing to the confinement of some objective conditions, backward management concept and management measure lag. Such measures should be taken to improve the dynamic management system of mobile Party Members, such as perfecting the construction of the basic--level Party Organizations, strengthening the transfer of Communist Party Membership, innovating ideological and political education method, and ensuring legal rights of mobile Party Members.
