试析当前我国企业社会责任缺失的现状与成因

Analysis of the Lack of Corporate Social Responsibility

当前我国企业普遍存在缺乏社会责任的问题。从社会系统角度看,企业社会责任的缺失主要表现在人本观、法律观、信用观和社会观四个方面,而造成企业社会责任缺失的根源则包括企业本质和市场经济本身的缺陷、劳动力供求失衡和相关法律滞后、社会价值观分化和利益相关者监管不够以及企业经营者素质的差异等。

At present, the common problem existing in corparates in China is the lack of social responsibility, which, from the viewpoint of social system, manifests in the following aspects： humanism thought, legal viewpoint, credit outlook and the concept of society. And the deep reasons lie in the defects o~ the nature o{ the corporate and the market economy itself, unbalance of labour demand and supply and the regulation＇s lag related to the law, the differentiation of social values and the lack of inspection among interest groups and the different qualities of the runners in corporates.
