常州市服务业发展存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Changzhou's Service Industry Development

常州服务业存在规模偏小,增速偏低,对经济增长的贡献率和贡献度不高;内部结构有待调整;拥有比较优势的行业数量较少和服务业发展更多依赖于居民消费等问题。产生这些问题的原因主要源于一些政府官员和企业家对服务业的重要性认识不够,对服务业领域的投资不足,城市化水平质量不高及城乡收入差距较大,服务业人才匮乏对等因素。基于此常州市应进一步优化、创新服务业投资环境;积极探索服务业人才培养的模式,营造引进服务业高端人才的良好氛围;优化常州市服务业内部结构;促进服务业和城市化的协调发展,拓展服务业需求空间。

Changzhou service industries have such problems as. the scale is small; the speed of increasing is low; the rates and degree of contribution to economic growth are not high; the structures of service sector need to he adjusted; the sectors with comparative advantage are less and the development of the service industry depends more on residents＇ consumption. The causes of the problems are.. neglecting the importance of the service industry by government officials and some entrepreneurs; lack of investment;low urbanization; income gap between urban and rural residents~ lack of talents. Such measures should be taken for further development, improving the investment environment, actively seeking for new mode in service industry talents training, creating a good atmosphere of introduce high--level talents, optimizing the interior structure of service industry, promoting the service industry and urbanization unisonous development and enlarging the demand of service industries.
