摘要
现阶段,黄山市漂流旅游项目发展情况良好,但也存在不少问题,利用文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,以实际调查为基础,从政府支持、基础设施建设、转变服务观念、提高服务管理水平、市场开拓、市场调研、建立企业文化等方面提出了管理对策。
Based on the actual survey, the paper using literature study and expert interview expounds some problems in the current rafting activities in Huangshan city and put forwards the corresponding solutions from the perspective of government backing, infrastructure construction, service concepts innovation, service quality elevation, market development, market research and corporate culture establishment.
