浅谈唐宋诗词中“花”的英译

A Tentative Analysis of English Translation of "Flowers" in Tang and Song Poems

"风花雪月"是唐宋诗词中常见的意象,如何将这些意象形神兼备地译为英文,一直是翻译界执着追求的目标之一。文章精心挑选了具有代表性的一些诗词名句,从花品、花姿、花气、花颜四个方面入手,通过这些名句的中英文赏析,尝试着寻找更加得当的汉诗英译的技巧。

＂Wind, flowers, snow and moon＂ are the images depicted most in Tang and Song poems, which most experts and scholars have always been trying their best to translate into English tent. This thesis is to appreciate and analyze some typical and famous lines with , properly both in form and con- the topic of ＂flowers＂, especially the aspects of moral integrity, postures, fragrance and colors of flowers described in Tang and Song poems, so as to seek more appropriate ways and methods of translating Tang and Song poems into English.
