摘要
学习型组织是现代管理中的一种先进管理模式,因此根据学习型组织理论构建学习型组织,在开放和动态的管理中以人为本,以学为中心,组织中所有成员之间沟通合作,通过加强高校青年教师在职培训,持续不断的学习和知识创新,追求师生与学校共同成长与发展,最终实现学校可持续发展为宗旨的组织管理模式,是高校教育管理工作者值得探索的问题。文章阐述了建立学习型组织的理论,指出了高校构建学习型组织的必要性,提出了构建学习型高校教师队伍的思路及探求高校青年教师多样化、人性化的在职培训模式的有效途径。
Learning organization is an advanced management model in modem management in which open and dynamic management is people-oriented, all the members communicate and cooperate with each other, and the schools' sustainable development will be realized by enhancing young teachers' in-service training, continuous learning and knowledge innovation. This paper descrikes the theory and necessity of establishing learning organizations. It also puts forward the thinking of constructing learning teams of teachers and the effective ways of young teachers' diversified and humanized in-service training model.
