对提高太极拳动作表现力的研究

Study on Promoting the Representation Ability of Taiji Action

太极拳是我国优秀传统体育项目之一,长期以来深受广大群众欢迎。作为《大学体育》课程的一项重要内容,太极拳除去本身所具有的健身康复的实用价值外,其深厚的文化底蕴和独特的艺术魅力对提高大学生的人文素质和艺术表现力有很大帮助。文章从美学角度分析了太极拳动作独有的艺术魅力,并结合教学经验,就影响太极拳动作表现力的若干原因从主、客观因素进行分析,提出建议,以提高学生的表现力。

Taiji, as one of the traditional sports of our country, is popular with people for a long time. It is an im portant content of the course ＂University sport＂ and has its own practical value in health-building and recovery. Moreover, the profound cultural accumulation and unique artistic charm of Taiji are helpful for the university students to promote their humanistic quality and artistic expression. By analyzing the unique artistic charm of ac tion of Taiji from the point of view of aesthetics and in the light of our teaching experience, this paper analyzes th, subjective and objective factors of affecting the representation ability of Taiji action, and then gives some sugges tions for helping the students to promote their performance in practice.
