摘要 随着教师学历标准的提高,专科师范已成为最低层次的师范院校,而其培养目标也由初中教师降为小学教师。为吸纳更多优秀的人才投身教育,各地政府允许非师范类本科院校毕业生以专科师范生同等条件参与教师竞聘,这无形中加大了专科师范生的就业压力。如今,师范生的心理与90年代相比有了很大不同。文章拟探究新时期专科师范生心理状况及其成因,并就改善学生心理成长环境提出个人粗浅看法。 With the improvement of teacher education background, the vocational normal schools have become the lowest level normal schools. And training goal was reduced from junior high school teachers to primary school teachers. In order to attract more excellent talents to engage in education, the regional governments allow the under-graduates of non-normal schools to participate in the competition of teaching posts, which has imperceptibly enlarged the employment pressure of vocational normal school students. Students' psychologly of today, compared to that of the 1990s, has been very greatly different. This article inquires into the vocational normal school students' psychological condition and its cause and proposes individual shallow views on how to improve the students psychology growth environment
