舒芬太尼静吸复合麻醉对腹部手术患者血液动力学影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Sufentanil Intravenous Inhalation Combined with Anesthesia on the Hemodynamic in Patients Undergoing Abdominal Operation

摘要 目的:比较腹部手术中应用舒芬太尼和芬太尼静吸复合麻醉对患者血液动力学的影响。方法:择期全麻腹部手术患者40例分层随机分为舒芬太尼组(Suf组)和芬太尼组(Fen组)。分别测定诱导前即刻(T0)、插管后5min(T1)、切皮后5min(T2)、术中20min(T3)、拔管前即刻(T4)、拔管后5min(T5)血液动力学指标。结果:Fen组T4时点各指标均高于T0,且均高于Suf组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼组患者血液动力学更稳定,镇痛效果更好。 Objective.. To compare the applications between sufentanil and fentanyl intravenous inhalation combined with anesthesia in patients undergoing abdominal operation, investigate their influences on the hemodynamics. Methods:40 patients undergoing general anesthetic selective operations were randomly seperated into Suf group and Fen group,Note down SP,DP,MAP, HR and RPP(SP * HR)of patients in two groups before using revulsant(T0 ), 5 mins after intubation(T1 ), 5mins after incision(T2 ), 20 mins after operation(T3 ) and the moment of extubation(T4 ) ,5 mins after extubation(T5). Results: In Fen Group,at the time of T4, SP, DP, MAP, HR and RPP were all higher than that at To, and were higher than that of Suf group,it had a significant difference(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The hemodynamics of sufentanil group was more stable, It is the safer and more effective anethetic analgesic for the patients.
