芪地降糖复胰胶囊的制备及质量标准研究

Studies on the Preparation and Quality Standard Control for Qidijiangtangfuyi Capsules

目的:探讨芪地降糖复胰胶囊的制备工艺并对其进行质量考察。方法:制备芪地降糖复胰胶囊,采用薄层色谱法对制剂中黄芪、熟地、山茱萸进行定性鉴别。结果:所用制备工艺可行,质量控制可靠。结论:薄层色谱法对药品定性鉴别结果准确,重复性好,可以控制芪地降糖复胰胶囊的质量。

Objective：To study the preparation of Qidijiangtangfuyi capsules and investigate its quality. Methods：Preparation of Jiangtangfuyi capsules, Radi-x astragli, Redix rehmanniae praeparata and Fructus corni were determined by TLC. Results： Preparation Method was viable, and quality control method was reliable. Conclusion： The methed is accurate and repeatable and can be used for the quality control for Jiangtangfuyi capsules.
