摘要
本文从地质工程学科专业属性和社会需求出发,强调重视地质基础知识教育,重视学生工程素养和设计能力的训练,重视实践动手能力和创新能力的培养是十分重要的教育环节。特别针对我国西部地区人才需求和地质环境的特点,构建了"一中心、三层次、五训练"的新型实践教学体系;在实验教学内容上倡导以科研成果为基础开设新型实验项目,较好地实现了基础与前沿、经典与现代的有机结合,建立了一套适应学生能力培养、鼓励探索创新的实验考核方法和实验教学模式,为培养地质工程创新人才打下了坚实的基础。
This article initially introduces the attributes and social requirement about the discipline of geological engineering, then emphasizes that the processes of the teaching of basic geological knowledge, the training of engineering attainment along with design competence and the practical and innovative capability are of great significance. Considering the requirement of professional and the geological environmental trait at western district of China, a new practice educational method with the principle that "One center, Three level and Five training" has been founded. New experimental items are added to the teaching based on the research results which combines the elementary and advancing edge knowledge, links the classical and contemporary study. A new examine method and teaching mode of experiment that make for the nurturance of students' capability as well as the promotion of innovation has been set up, which prepared the substantial foundation for nurturing geological innovative professional.
