高效创办资源类新专业的途径探讨与实例分析

Approach Discussion and Example Analysis of Efficient Establishment of New Majors in Resources Classes

本文结合中国地质大学(武汉)"资源勘查工程"本科专业的办学经历和国土资源部地质工科基地班的人才培养实践,论述了发挥传统优势专业(资源勘查工程专业)的辐射带动作用,实现相关新专业(石油工程专业、土地资源管理专业、海洋科学与工程专业、煤及煤层气工程专业)的成功拓展,并就如何依托资源类传统优势专业的办学实践与成果来高效创办新专业,使之尽快健康发展并培养出优秀人才的途径等进行了探讨。

Combined with school-running experiences of undergraduate major ＂ resource prospecting engineering＂ in our university for past tens of years and the talents＇ training practice of geological engineering base of the Ministry of Land and Resources, this paper discusses the radiation and driving function of making full use of our traditional advantage major （resource prospecting engineering）, and successful development of related new majors （oil engineering, land resource management, marine sciences and engineering, coal and coalbed methane engineering）. Moreover, relying on the running experiences and achievements of traditional advantage majors in resource classes, this paper discusses about the way to establish new majors and make it de velops healthily, and also discusses about the approaches of cultivating talented students, and so on.
