摘要
随着国民经济的发展,资源环境问题广为人们所关注,地质工作的重要性日益凸显。地质类大学生就业不再困难,他们的择业观也正在悄然改变。层次分析法(AHP)能够较好地帮助我们了解他们的择业决策过程。本文在定性调研的基础上构造判断矩阵,定量描述了他们的择业偏好,到地矿行业去施展聪明才智是他们的首选方案。
With the development of the national economy, many people have pay close attention to the resources and environmental problems. The importance of geological work is highlighted. Employment in geoscience field has no problom, and the thoughts of careers have been changed. Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） can help us to understand their career decision. The paper constructed judgement matrix based on qualitative convey, and researched on their career preferences by the quantitative methed. Their preferred programme is to display their talent in geological and mining industries.
