国内外创业理论研究综述

Summary of the Study of Entrepreneurship Theory at Home and Abroad

创业作为推动经济增长和社会发展的重要载体,在经济发展到一定程度越来越表现出活跃的一面。国内外对创业的研究,从研究方法上看,主要集中在案例实证研究,普遍以思辨为主。目前国外学者对创业的研究视角趋于多样化,并形成较完善的理论体系;国内学者在该领域的研究尚处于介绍和引进阶段。本文通过对国内外创业理论研究成果的梳理,在创业概念、创业主体、创业环境、创业过程和创业障碍等方面,进行了归纳与概括,以期总结创业理论的研究现状和最新成果。

As an important carrier for promoting the economic growth and the social advance, entrepreneurship becomes more and more active when economy develops to a certain extent. The study of entrepreneurship at home and abroad focuses mainly on the study of substantial cases and depends mainly on speculation. At present, the study perspectives of scholars at home and abroad tend to be diversified, and a perfect theory system is being established. The study in that field made by scholars at home is still at the stage of introduction. The paper organizes the results achieved in the study of entrepreneurship theory at home and abroad and induces entrepreneurship concept, initiator, entreprencurship environment, entrepreneurship process and barriers to entrepreneurship in ao attempt to sum up the status quo of the study of entrepreneurship theory as well as the latest fruits.
